The past two years J.B. & I have traveled extensively throughout the
southwest. Here you will find some of the new images that
I have made. Just click on the link beneath the snapshot
and you will see the final photograph.

During the month of September we were in California
and upper Yosemite. Along Tioga Pass, we found
a small secluded lake.

Here is where I made
the negative for the photograph
"MORNING AT THE LAKE".

The next day we headed into Bodie.
This is one of our favorite places to photograph.
I found the "BROWN HOUSE" when I was walking around.

I moved in closer and made this shot
"LOOKING THROUGH THE WINDOW".

The next stop was at one of many
old out houses.
"BODIE OUT HOUSE"

Climbing high above Tenaya Lake
on a granite dome we came across these
"ROCK PATTERNS & TREES".

Photographing at high altitudes can
sometimes be rough, but
rewards are always worth it.
"BRISTLECONE"

Working with the
vertical 4x10.

Snow and cold weather, the best combination.
"BESIDE THE TREE"

As the sun was starting to set, I headed
back down the trail from
Mesa Arch and found
"SHADOWS IN THE SNOW".

Overnight, a new layer of snow had fallen
and then came the "MORNING LIGHT".

Neat places to photograph
"ALONG THE PATH".

HEADING BACK TO THE VAN AFTER A LONG
DAY OF PHOTOGRAPHING.
